| Conduct
1. Regard all players in and outside the LS fairly and with respect.
2. At all times on the LS, in game or on our forums there is to be no use of derrogatory terms regarding race, gender, ethnicity, age, physical handicaps or sexual orientation etc.
3. We absolutely do not tolerate any verbal assaults, attacks on other players, flaming or disrespecting the opinions of others or excessive swearing/immature speech.
4. Your behaviour outside of our LS and the boards affects Chakra as a whole. The officers will investigate to the best of their abilities in response to misconduct by our members. Do not be surprised if you are expelled because of your actions you perform outside the LS. Anyone can have a bad day, and its ok, but if its every day, expect to be expelled.
5. Keep any personal drama outside the LS, if something comes up between members of the shell deal with it off the shell, we do not have time for that drama. If a personal issue with another member is having a negative effect on your time in Chakra contact an officer immediately.
6. At all time there is to be no negative comments about other linkshells in LS or party chat. Certainly not in say, shout or in tells to members of other linkshells.
7. If there is a problem with another LS, /tell an officer immediately. Never under any circumstance will a member take matters into their own hands while dealing with other linkshells. Ignore them and continue playing, be a bigger person. Remember that any action you make while wearing our shell reflects on the shell and we will deal with any problems in this area very seriously.
8. No MPK period. This is not a Chakra rule, but a SE rule.
Enforcement
Violations of Chakra policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis by a discussion and subsequent vote of the LS council. Additionally, the presiding member has the authority to have removed from the party/alliance/area if necessary as a temporary solution.
Any violations of the conduct policy will be dealt with in the following manner:
1. When a member breaks one of our conduct policy rules the Officers will talk to that member and give them a warning notice.
2. Members who received a warning notice will be placed on a probation list.
3. Any member who is on the list who breaks a conduct/policy rule will be expelled from the linkshell.
Leadership
Chakra uses an Officer/council based leadership. A group of players who help govern and shape our policies.
Follow the orders as they are given. It is much easier for the presiding leader at the time of the event to give orders and control the situation than to have everyone doing their own thing.
We are also big on using voice of members in the LS. We encourage input from members so we can make this the best place for everyone with a pearl. This goes for in-game or on the forums, use your voice!
